Refund policy

We currently allow exchanges and returns within 15 days of receiving your order. This policy excludes foundation samples, merch, and only applies to full-size items. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and immediately (within 3 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen, rest assured that your package is protected!
